This position is currently remote for those that are located in Quebec, near 700 - 1500 Robert Bourassa BLVD. The intention is for this position to eventually become a Hybrid model in the future.

Do you like to help people by finding the answers to their questions and concerns? If so, Computershare has a great opportunity for you to assist people with Class Action questions as a Bilingual English/French Customer Service Representative.

We are looking for individuals that have the ability to do detailed research with great customer service while ensuring they have precise and accurate notations in the account.

**A role you will love**

The Bilingual English/French Customer Service Representative for Class Action is responsible for handling inbound calls while identifying problems and relaying information after doing quick but detailed research.

Customer Care Representatives do not have to do any sales in this position, nor will you give advice to the callers regarding their questions. Instead, you will have the opportunity to show your skills in assisting the customer with willingness and a positive attitude.

We will train you on how to ask appropriate fact-finding questions, and on how to provide precise Class Action information while adhering to all company procedures. This can be done with a reasonable work schedule, Monday through Friday, so you can enjoy your weekends off

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Identify and address all customer questions
- Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to a continuous volume of customer concerns, as well as written customer inquiries
- Thoroughly research and understand all facets of the customers’ requests
- Ensure content of oral and written communication meets the needs of the target audience
- Notate information regarding the call

Being able to think independently if needed, is essential to success as a Customer Service Representative for Class Action. This environment moves quickly so it is also important for you to have the energy it takes to go with the flow of business.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- High-speed internet connectivity
- Dedicated personal landline or cell phone for usage during hours of operation

(A laptop and other equipment will be shipped directly to you for use while employed with Computershare)
- Previous experience in a customer service call center setting (preferred)
- Data Entry experience (preferred)
