Are you detail oriented and like helping others?

As a Contract Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for handing inbound and outbound calls while identifying problems and solutions. You will need to ask appropriate fact-finding questions and provide accurate company information while also following basic call script and adhering to all company policies and procedures. Making sure that you, as a Customer Service Representative, are also following through with commitments made to the customer.

Some of your key responsibilities will include
- Promptly respond to telephone inquiries and ensure that clients' needs are met with accuracy and professionalism
- Listen actively and probe to determine the need
- Actively resolve inquiries raised
- Maintain shareholder accounts on the appropriate systems
- Escalate issues when necessary
- Keep management team informed of feedback received
- Starting pay at $23.00 an hour.
- Schedules from 8:30am - 8:00pm (no weekends)
- Inbound calls only
- Role focused on customer service (no sales)
- Next start date December 12, 2024

Other key skills required for the role include:

- Excellent communication skills, in both French and English
- Outstanding customer service skills (professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center is preferred
- Post-secondary studies
- Business or finances knowledge, an asset

À titre de représentant du service à la clientèle bilingue contractuel est responsable de la gestion des appels entrants et sortants tout en identifiant les problèmes et les solutions. Vous devrez poser des questions d’information appropriées et fournir des informations précises sur l’entreprise tout en suivant le script d’appel de base et en adhérant à toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise. S’assurer que vous, en tant que représentant du service client, respectez également les engagements pris envers le client.

- Résoudre activement les demandes soulevées
- Tenir à jour les comptes des actionnaires sur les systèmes appropriés
- Faire remonter les problèmes si nécessaire
- Salaire de départ à 23,00 $ l'heure.
- Horaires de 8h30 à 20h00 (pas de week-end )
- Appels entrants uniquement
- Rôle axé sur le service client (pas de vente) Tenir l’équipe de direction informée des commentaires reçus
