**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives for the different lines of business.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to increase visibility, engagement, and ultimately sales.
- Learn and take charge of the marketing & sales component of the company’s ERP system to manage digital marketing campaigns and sales conversion funnels.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management platforms to uphold a positive brand image and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze digital marketing data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance marketing strategies.
- Efficiently manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and report on ROI for all digital marketing initiatives.
- Optimize website content and user experience to enhance search engine rankings, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge while implementing innovative strategies.
- Conduct marketing research and competitive reviews.
- Produce reports to support management decision-making.

**THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE**:

- Bachelor's or college degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field*;
- 5+ years of work experience specifically in Digital marketing, with a track record of success producing positive ROAS;
- Proficiency in optimizing product listings, landing pages, and sales funnels;
- Analytical skills and a natural tendency towards data-driven decision-making;
- Keen awareness of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and performance measurement;
- Fluency in English and french, verbal and written.
- A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
