**Job Description**:
In collaboration with the Digital Strategies Manager and the Digital Marketing Team, this position is responsible for the analysis process for e-commerce solutions with a strong specialization on content and performance of online digital marketing.
He/she will be involved in identifying and leveraging digital tools, technology, and innovation ideas to maximize the effectiveness of digital content and campaigns for both our retail and business (B2B) clients, in addition to working closely with all other departments to develop and strengthen NAPA's presence online.
Main responsibilities:
- Help create content in collaboration with the content specialist and in particular by selecting content writers or creators to speed up production (external, internal, influencers)
- Identify, coordinate and execute content creation with vendors and in collaboration with Market Managers.
- Perform digital performance analysis using comprehensive reports and digital marketing solutions to help identify opportunities or issues to address.
- Analyze the performance of content on blogs, product pages or others and help guide the creation of content in collaboration with the content specialist
- Help create effective communications to promote digital services based on our achievements and thus help increase the maturity of the various digital channels.
**Qualifications**:
To join our team, you must, among other things:
- Have a university or college diploma combined with 5 years of professional experience in marketing
- Be bilingual, French and English
- Have a very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of Adobe products
- Experience with aftermarket and automotive service provider business model as well as multi-location retail environment with an e-commerce platform is preferred.
