**What You’ll Do**:

- Set the overall digital marketing and Web strategy that drives marketing attributed pipeline and software bookings.
- Assess the current marketing technology stack and identify areas of improvement to fill existing gaps.
- Manage sizeable budget and optimize spend across key acquisition channels, including paid search, organic search, paid social, etc.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee the growth of new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
- Deliver on execution of conversion rate optimization strategy inclusive of site design, site content, site functionality, and site performance.
- Manage SEO strategy by researching and analyzing best practices, implementing strategies, and staying current with emerging trends to maximize web traffic and domain authority.
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in campaigns.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics, SEO initiatives and campaigns.
- Work with Product Marketing and shared services to drive SEO in content creation and programming.

**Qualifications**

**What skills you will bring to the job**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 7+ years’ experience managing digital marketing teams and activities, including digital marketing, site optimization, SEO, UX testing and site analytics
- 2+ years managing individual contributors to build creative, collaborative teams; develop people; and link performance to overall business objectives.
- Demonstrated understanding of web design/development concepts and processes, and industry best practices for B2B
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills across all levels in an organization
- Demonstrated experience in Web Strategy including information architecture, SEO, conversion rate optimization, intent marketing, WordPress development and website governance
- A track record of delivery on complex projects, using strong organizational skills and ability to influence and work cross-functionally.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills - must have the ability to analyze and derive meaning from data which you will then translate into actionable changes.
- Excellent writing, communication, time management, and project management skills
- Passionate about Marketing - both the art and the science.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Définir la stratégie globale en matière de marketing numérique et de web qui génère le pipeline attribué au marketing et les réservations de logiciels.
- Évaluer l'ensemble des technologies de marketing actuelles et identifier les domaines à améliorer pour combler les lacunes existantes.
- Gérer un budget important et optimiser les dépenses sur les principaux canaux d'acquisition, notamment les recherches payantes, les recherches organiques, les réseaux sociaux payants, etc.
- Diriger les initiatives de marketing numérique pour susciter l'acquisition et la fidélisation des clients.
- Superviser l'augmentation du nombre de nouveaux clients potentiels, notamment des clients qualifiés pour le marketing, en convertissant le trafic du site au moyen d'appels à l'action, de pages de renvoi et de contenu de génération de pistes.
- Assurer l'exécution de la stratégie d'optimisation du taux de conversion, comprenant la conception du site, son contenu, sa fonctionnalité et ses performances.
- Gérer la stratégie de référencement en recherchant et en analysant les meilleures pratiques, en mettant en œuvre des stratégies et en se tenant au courant des nouvelles tendances afin de maximiser le trafic web et l'autorité du domaine.
- Exécuter des tests, collecter et analyser les données et les résultats, identifier les tendances et les idées afin d'obtenir un retour sur investissement maximal dans les campagnes.
- Suivre, établir des rapports et évaluer les analyses de sites Web, les initiatives et les campagnes de référencement.
- Travailler avec le marketing produit et les services partagés pour favoriser le référencement dans la création de contenu et la programmation.

- Baccalauréat en marketing, en affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Plus de 7 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'équipes et d'activités de marketing numérique, l'optimisation de sites, le référencement, les tests UX et l'analyse de sites.
- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de contributeurs individuels afin de constituer des équipes créatives et collaboratives, de perfectionner les personnes et de lier les performances aux objectifs commerciaux globaux.
