Zorah Biocosmétique, a leading company in the natural cosmetics industry, is seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and engage our community on social media.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our products and increase brand awareness.
- Manage and animate social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating and publishing engaging and relevant content.
- Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Analyze the performance of campaigns and social media activities, and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to ensure message and strategy consistency.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
- Interact with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and manage relationships with influencers and partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty sector.
- Skills in content creation (text, image, video) and use of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and SEO/SEM techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creativity, proactivity, and passion for digital marketing and social media.

**Description du Poste**:
Zorah Biocosmétique, une entreprise leader dans le domaine des cosmétiques naturels, recherche un(e) Spécialiste du Marketing Digital & des Réseaux Sociaux passionné(e) et créatif(ve) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Vous serez responsable de développer et d'exécuter des stratégies de marketing numérique pour augmenter notre présence en ligne et engager notre communauté sur les réseaux sociaux.

**Responsabilités**:

- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marketing digital pour promouvoir nos produits et accroître la notoriété de la marque.
- Gérer et animer les comptes de réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) en créant et publiant des contenus engageants et pertinents.
- Planifier, exécuter et optimiser des campagnes publicitaires en ligne (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Analyser les performances des campagnes et des activités sur les réseaux sociaux, et fournir des rapports réguliers avec des recommandations d'amélioration.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (design, contenu, ventes) pour assurer la cohérence des messages et des stratégies de communication.
- Surveiller les tendances du marché et les activités des concurrents pour identifier des opportunités de croissance et d'amélioration.
- Interagir avec notre communauté en ligne, répondre aux commentaires et messages, et gérer les relations avec les influenceurs et partenaires.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme en marketing, communication ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience prouvée en marketing digital et gestion des réseaux sociaux, de préférence dans le secteur des cosmétiques ou de la beauté.
- Compétences en création de contenu (texte, image, vidéo) et en utilisation des outils de gestion des réseaux sociaux (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Connaissance des outils d'analyse web (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) et des techniques de SEO/SEM.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe, avec un bon sens de l'organisation et de la gestion du temps.
- Créativité, proactivité et passion pour le marketing digital et les réseaux sociaux.
