We are currently looking for a **Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Marketing & Conversion Optimization** who is eager to enhance their expertise in paid media strategy through practical experience.

**Your main job assignments and responsibilities**:

- Paid Marketing Initiatives: Design, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.) ensuring they are optimized for target audiences and objectives.
- Landing Page Development and Optimization: Take charge of creating and optimizing landing pages to improve conversion rates. This includes A/B testing, user experience (UX) analysis, and implementing best practices in design and content.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and landing pages using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar. Use insights to make data-driven decisions for optimization
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Develop strategies to increase the efficiency of existing marketing channels and explore new opportunities to improve conversion rates through meticulous analysis and creative solutions.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the marketing team to align paid marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives. Regularly report on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, especially in paid marketing and CRO. Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark and innovate our marketing efforts.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for paid campaigns, ensuring optimal spend for the best return on investment (ROI).

**We are looking for someone who**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Strong understanding of Paid Search/SEM, Display Advertising;
- Strong understanding of Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.);
- Has a high interest in the new trends on Paid media, especially Google and Meta Ads
- Is perfectly bilingual in French and English
- Is well organized with great time management skills
- Is an excellent team player
- Has a proactive and open-minded personality and displays initiative
