**Responsibilities**:
GL - Monthly journal entries, account reconciliation and review. Assist in the timely and accurate preparation of internal and external financial reports and details.

Admin - Assist with processing registration forms and maintaining our student database (Twine) to ensure completeness and accuracy.

HR/Payroll - Maintain our HR database (HRDownloads) to ensure completeness and accuracy. Update and maintain online remuneration files using Microsoft Word and mail merge. Opportunity to assist with payroll in the future.

All other duties as required

**Qualifications**
- A college or university degree, with a focus on accounting or finance
- At least two years working in similar role with a financial focus
- Solid communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing
- Well organized with strong attention to detail
- A solid familiarity with general accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software, Sage 300 preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with particular experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- The ability to act responsibly and ethically when working with sensitive financial information, whether it’s information for the company or for individuals
- Strong people skills - a polite and professional demeanor when working with parents as well as coworkers

The applicant will be required to work from our Main Campus location in Mississauga.

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
