Role Overview
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role will develop and execute strategies related to client and partner acquisition and retention, relationship management, strategic partnerships, and industry trend tracking. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving business growth, maintaining a healthy project pipeline, and enabling a high-performing team of client-facing professionals.

What You Will Do
- Align client and partner-focused efforts that exist in our business units, market sectors and project teams.
- Establish and communicate sales enablement priorities, strategies and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Provide onboarding support and ongoing training programs for client-facing representatives.
- Promote new service awareness, value propositions and emerging market opportunities.
- Work with organizational and departmental leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement and client/partner management programs.
- Provide market analysis, account planning and management, overall pipeline management, and support the development and execution of win strategies.
- Stay abreast of competitor activities and differentiators.
- Monitor CRM data quality and implement solutions to remediate data issues.
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team.

What We Need
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing a business development or sales team.
- 10+ years of experience in a sales and marketing role selling professional services and solutions.
- Experience with the use of CRM systems and sales effectiveness metrics.
- Strong insight into the nuances of the AEC industry and the varied approaches to sales and client management.
- Experience delivering the full life cycle of business development activities.
- Experience developing and maintaining strategic business plans, account plans (Opportunity Management Plans), marketing plans and budgets, and developing and measuring performance objectives.
- Must have excellent communications skills and highly effective interpersonal skills.
