About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Corporate team at Rogers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with key business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed annual targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and coaching to Account Executives and Support AE's to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed
  • Plan and review compensation plans, enforce policies and procedures, and advise on compensation increases
  • Enhance relationships with key business partners and develop and execute sponsorship and client events
  • Develop, implement, and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reporting
