Surrey, Canada Himalaya Dairy Full time

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager
- Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
- Greet and assist patients or clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments
- Assist with proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy
- Transcribe notes and documents as needed
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
- Handle financial tasks, such as invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures or experience as a dental receptionist is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $20.66-$27.66 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
