E-commerce Manager

The Nolk Fashion and Apparel group is seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our e-commerce endeavours and drive our fashion brands to new heights. As the **E-commerce Manager,** you will be pivotal in optimizing the online presence, enhancing user experience, and maximizing sales of two Montreal-based, purpose-driven fashion brands, Rachel and Rose Buddha.
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize brand dashboards and other analytical data tools to adjust performance and conversion strategies.
- Recommend and execute website optimization and site merchandising/layout to drive traffic, conversion, and sales.
- Lead and execute UX/UI and SXO initiatives to enhance the overall user experience.
- Manage the day-to-day e-commerce website operations, including program rollouts, maintenance, and overall quality control.
- Create and implement online merchandising strategies to improve product visibility and maximize conversion rates.
- Provide a continuous feedback loop on performance metrics to collaborative teams.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar role.
- Degree in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in the Shopify Plus platform.
- Ability to drive SEO initiatives (nice to have).
- Strong proficiency in French; English proficiency is a plus.
- Good knowledge of the fashion industry and market trends.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Dynamic individual with a passion for driving results.

**Responsabilités**:
- Utiliser des tableaux de bord de marque et d'autres outils analytiques pour ajuster les stratégies de performance et de conversion.
- Recommander et exécuter l'optimisation du site Web et la disposition de la marchandise pour augmenter le trafic, la conversion et les ventes.
- Diriger et exécuter des initiatives UX/UI et SXO pour améliorer l'expérience utilisateur globale.
- Gérer les opérations quotidiennes du site Web de commerce électronique, y compris le déploiement de programmes, la maintenance et le contrôle qualité.
- Créer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marchandisage en ligne pour améliorer la visibilité des produits et maximiser les taux de conversion.
- Fournir une boucle de rétroaction continue sur les indicateurs de performance aux équipes collaboratives.
- Analyser, interpréter et appliquer les tendances et insights du commerce électronique pour proposer un site Web continuellement pertinent et frais.
**Exigences**:
- Expérience démontrée en tant que Gestionnaire de commerce électronique ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Diplôme en marketing, commerce électronique ou domaine connexe.
- Mentalité axée sur les données, analytique et axée sur les détails.
