At FortNine, the Fitments Specialist is responsible for collecting data from various sources on product fitments that will be added to our e-commerce website A fitment is the notion that a certain product fits a certain vehicle; by saying that one is compatible with the other, we’re providing our customers with an easy method of shopping for their vehicles, and saving them the technical research required

We’re looking for someone that is technologically comfortable, experienced in navigating multiple programs with speed and precision, and who has a measure of curiosity in learning more about the powersports space. No existing powersports knowledge required (although absolutely welcomed). **Major Responsibilities**:

- Preparing data feeds for new fitments to be added to our website using information collected from various sources.
- Identifying new vehicles for fitment data while maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database of existing information.
- Work in conjunction with Catalog Managers to ensure fitment data is current and compatible with ongoing projects.
- Identifying, resolving and minimizing fitment issues.

**Job Requirements**:

- Very detail-oriented and conscientious.
- Must be based locally (Montreal, QC).
- Superior computer skills: some proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel).
- Very strong internet browser/data manipulation skills (ctrl-c and ctrl-v are in your muscle memory)
- Very strong internet research ability. If you know something, you can prove it online; if you don’t, you can find out. Googling is an action verb.
- English: Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Bonus: Knowledge of the automotive, marine, cycling, and/or powersports industry, knowledge of SQL queries or any type of scripting, and basic familiarity with HTML and CSS. If you do not possess these but have a strong drive to learn and further your technical proficiencies, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to do so
