This role is eligible for hybrid work - this means you’ll have the flexibility of working from home and in the office (in Regina), on a scheduled rotation once probation requirements have been met. Until then, the successful incumbent will be expected to work on-site, full-time.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY

The Appraisal Program Administrator is responsible for coordinating SGI’s collision body shop accreditation program. This position provides administrative support for the performance management process, acts as the primary contact for the accreditation program with Body Shops, and assists with providing solutions to the Appraisal leadership team and the Body Shop Relation Representatives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Appraisal Image and Audit Process Administration- Schedules and attends all Image, Audit, Accreditation, and industry association meetings, and records and distributes minutes to staff for Saskatchewan Auto and National Appraisals.- Sets up recovery files in GIS, issues invoices (recovery letters) to body shops, tracks the receipt of recovery payments from body shops, collects/processes recovery payments from body shops, and closes files.- Acts as the primary contact for body shops for the administration of the audit and performance management processes for Saskatchewan Auto, Recreation, Commercial, and National Appraisals.- Works in conjunction with the Appraisal Analyst to prepare departmental presentations and meeting materials for Saskatchewan Auto, Recreation, Commercial, and National Appraisals.- Drafts and distributes all Audit, Training, and Coaching letters to repair industry partners.- Records vacation/coverage coordination within Image and Audit areas of the department.- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Image and Audit Non-Compliance letters dashboard to feed into the Repair Quality and Compliance Key Performance Indicator for the Auto Collision Accreditation Program.- Develops, maintains, and assists in validating complex queries, spreadsheets, and reports (scheduled and ad hoc).

Accreditation Program Administration-
- Administers the annual self-declaration for accreditation compliance: reviews self-declarations from shops and escalates files that no longer meet accreditation requirements to appraisal management for action.- Maintains and updates body shops payee files.- Sets up, administers, and updates body shop profiles and labour rates (Saskatchewan and National) in the Estimatics valuation software.- Maintains an online library (e.g., ePay portal, Visual Management Board, Appraisal Services Archive) for appraisal policies, procedures, and related documents.- Coordinates the distribution of bulletins and other communications for body shops.

Accreditation Performance Management Administration-
- Coordinates performance management shop visits by appraisal management, prepares supporting documentation for management, and follows up with body shops for additional information requested after shop visits.- Files and tracks performance management plans and coordinates follow-up shop visits by appraisal management.

- Knowledge of SGI Appraisal policies, procedures, and programs.- Skill in SGI’s Estimatics and shop communication platform (e.g., Mitchell Dashboard, WorkCenter/Mitchell Cloud Estimating).- Knowledge of the relationship between SGI and its business partners (i.e., body shops).

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS- Two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Business.- Possession of a valid driver’s licence.

EXPERIENCE- 1 - 3 years’ experience in appraisals and/or data administration.

Pay Range:$48,132.00 - $60,744.00
