As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be providing administrative support to the human resource function, including but not limited to, employee onboarding and set up in ADP, maintaining employee records, HRIS entry, reporting on HR metrics, administering employee health and wellness plans and acts as liaison between employees and insurance providers.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
HR Administration:
- Triage HR inbox and respond to or refer all enquires to the right team member.
- Facilitate HR on-boarding to all new employees to ensure employees are engaged and set up for success from day one using ADP-WFN
- Provide administrative support for HR processes including: employee changes, leaves, compensation changes, transfers and departures, etc.
- Organize and maintain employee personnel records and internal databases
Employee Benefits
- Provide administrative support regarding employee benefits program, including benefit onboarding, responding to inquiries from both managers and employees
- Participate in annual renewal process and provide insight from employee feedback
- Communicate any benefit changes including update web intranet (S.i. Wiki)
HR Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Work with the HR team to track key metrics such as: headcount, turnover, retention, etc.
- Update employee information (eg./ personal information, employment status) for accurate reporting through ADP and HR systems.
- Provide support for monthly HR reporting
HR Program Support
- Provide support for Health and Safety Program including tracking compliance for H&S regulations based on different provinces (JHSC, First Aid Reps, Fire Warden)
- Support the introduction of policy and process changes to employees as needed
- Actively support other team members by providing coverage during peak demand periods.
- Assist employees with any HR related concerns or troubleshooting on ADP
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE**
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management (or equivalent)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a human resources coordinator/ HR business partner role focusing on employee relationships (onboarding, mentoring, new hire experience),
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow (all modules) an asset
- Experience with Data Analysis and HR analytics an asset
- MS Office (advanced Excel skills, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Eligible for CHRP certification
