We are urgently seeking a friendly and professional Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our patients and staff. The office administrator will be responsible for managing the daily administrative tasks, coordinating patient appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Scheduling patients using Jane software as well as a manual scheduling book
- Daily billing through Telus health
- Organizing WSIB and MVA claims
- Monthly and weekly reconciliation of accounts
- Daily filing
- Ensuring the clinic is clean, organized and presentable
- Friendly and professional interaction with patients and staff
- Working with insurance companies on patient claims
- Scheduling staff and managing the office calendar
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Track stock of supplies and place orders when necessary
- Other duties upon request

**Skills**:
To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills:

- Minimum of 5 years office Administration
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities
- Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- attention to detail and accuracy

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Telus billing: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
