We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will provide essential administrative support to our marketing department, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, budgets, and expenses.
- Assist with market research and competitive analysis.

**CRM Management**:

- Generate reports and analyze marketing data to track performance and identify trends.

**Planning and Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing events
- Create and distribute marketing materials, such as invitations and agendas

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software is a plus.
- A creative mindset and a passion for marketing.
