**Overview**

**Duties**
- Maintain organized filing in Google Drive to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Handle clerical tasks including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management.
- Assist in bookkeeping by tracking expenses, invoicing customer and collection.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and enhance overall efficiency.
- Manage multiple companies.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with human resources practices is a plus.
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and familiar with Google workspace, CRM system, Project management for example, Asana or Monday
- Fluent in English, French and Mandarin is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
