Job Title: Office Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team at S&F QURESHI CONSULTING Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing guidance and support to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and develop team members in their duties and policies
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and systems
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members
- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members
- Requisition and order office supplies and materials
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Coordinate activities with other departments and teams
- Propose improvements to office procedures and systems
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week
- English language
- Permanent work term
