Job Title: Office Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team at S&F QURESHI CONSULTING Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing guidance and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop team members in their duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and systems
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members
  • Requisition and order office supplies and materials
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and teams
  • Propose improvements to office procedures and systems
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week
  • English language
  • Permanent work term
