We are seeking an experienced Retention Manager to guide clients through a seamless investment experience. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategies aimed at improving the customer trading experience, reducing client losses, and fostering long-term relationships. You’ll work collaboratively across financial markets and departments to ensure an optimized, impactful customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement retention strategies that enhance client investment experiences.
- Analyze customer and market data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Partner closely with sales and other teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Create and execute programs that help reduce client losses and drive profitability.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a retention, customer sales, or similar role within the investment or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Ability to lead teams and implement results-driven strategies effectively.

Pay: $4,000.00-$10,000.00 per month

Additional pay:
