**Description**

As an Inside Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing our existing client base. You will work closely with our sales and customer success teams to ensure exceptional service and support for our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and customer-oriented individual who is passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
- Understand each client's business needs and objectives in order to provide tailored solutions and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Develop account plans and strategies to maximize client engagement and value.
- Proactively monitor client usage and engagement to identify potential challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, and purchasing to advocate for client needs and provide feedback on product performance and features.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activities in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify potential risks and opportunities within the client base.

**Working Conditions**
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Lifting or moving up to 10lbs may be required.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
