Regional Sales Representative

**Job Summary**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven **Regional Sales Representative** with a solid background in manufacturing sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in achieving the sales goals for your assigned territory by nurturing existing customer relationships and driving the acquisition of new clients. Your mission will be to identify, investigate, and develop growth opportunities while strategically expanding our reach into new markets. You will serve as a crucial representative of our company, dedicated to strengthening customer ties and fostering lasting partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**:
- Establish and nurture effective relationships with key decision-makers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Promote, sell, and secure purchase orders from both existing and prospective customers, ensuring revenue growth.
- Develop and implement targeted strategies for retention and growth within the current customer base.
- Identify and actively pursue opportunities with new customers and emerging markets.
- Expedite the resolution of customer issues and concerns, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Prepare and present compelling quotations and proposals that resonate with client needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers in effectively utilizing our products.
- Track, monitor, and manage accounts to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
**Reporting**:
- Maintain updated records in the CRM system, including quotes and all customer communications.
- Review sales reports monthly, providing detailed written feedback on key variances against budget targets.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Post-secondary diploma and/or degree in business or a combination of relevant coursework and practical sales experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or comparable industries, with at least 2 years in a dedicated sales role.
**Skills and Abilities**:
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving, with a strong engineering or technical understanding preferred.
- Exceptional professional written and verbal communication skills.
- An energetic individual with a proven track record of accountability and achieving results.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proven capability to plan, manage, and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively by airplane or vehicle as needed; a valid driver’s license is mandatory.
- Familiarity with organizational ERP systems and CRM software.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $140,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
