About The Role

We have an immediate requirement for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Chatham, ON. We are looking for a strong team player who is detailed oriented, has an ability to multitask, organized enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Manager, Personal Insurance.

What You’ll Do

Sending/receiving deliveries and courier.

Assemble and distribute packages to mail to clients with the partnership of the Brokers.

Deliver administrative support to the Personal Lines team as required.

Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

What You’ll Need for Success

High School Diploma

A minimum of one year experience within a data entry, administrative or customer service role an asset

Experience with EPIC broker management system or a similar system an asset

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

**Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite**: Word, Excel and Outlook

Detail-oriented, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills

High level of organization and ability to effectively manage high-volume of work on delivered deadlines.
