Office Admin - Greet clients and visitors. - Maintain office supply levels. - Organize/arrange courier pickups and deliveries. - Ensure the office is clean and presentable. - Prepare work orders and technical documentation. - Arrange product pickups from suppliers and clients. - Ensure work orders are closed. - Prepare documents for customer shipments - Ensure all outstanding invoices have been sent to clients. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - two years experience in Administration/Reception. - Able to lift 40 pounds comfortably. - Strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) in English. - Advanced MS Office Suite, specifically excel.

**Salary**: $17.71-$18.50 per hour
