**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Service & Support**: Work with a team of advisors to manage and service hundreds of client accounts. This includes handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, completing file reviews, and ensuring new business is compliant and processed efficiently.
- **Business Development**: Upsell existing clients, identify additional needs, and maintain strong, personalized relationships that will lead to increased referrals and long-term loyalty.
- **Collaboration & Learning**: You will collaborate with the senior advisor on your team and learn how to effectively manage and grow your own client base over time.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Licensing**: You hold a valid LLQP Life Insurance License. (required)
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of industry experience is preferred but not mandatory. We value motivation, drive, and a willingness to learn.
- **Client-Focused Mindset**: You are passionate about helping people and building long-term relationships. You understand the importance of trust and communication in the financial services industry.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using technology, from smartphones and tablets to insurance software and company websites.
- **Reliable Transportation**: Having access to a vehicle is a plus but not required.
- **Confidentiality**: You maintain the highest level of security and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive client information.
