The Account Executive is responsible for generating and converting sales opportunities on behalf of MONEXgroup within defined verticals throughout North America. Specifically, this position is responsible for identifying opportunities, establishing a relationship with decision makers, developing an account strategy, contract negotiations, and post sales account management with the ultimate goal of driving new business growth.

**Role**
- Maximize revenue opportunities and maintain an excellent closing percentage
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Organize and track sales activities in our CRM system
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of direct B2B sales experience preferable
- Exceptionally proficient at managing leads and utilizing a CRM
- Excellent communication skills - presentation, negotiation, verbal and written
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
