**Your primary responsibilities will include**:
- Answer, screen, take messages and forward incoming phone calls
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensure inquiries are answered or referred to the appropriate person
- Distribute documents, mail, and courier packages
- Process client payments
- Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area
- Book and manage meetings as required
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties as requested
- Two or more years of experience in similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and client service orientation
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingualism in French/English is required
