We are looking for a talented and creative Communications and Social Media Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for handling internal communications and social media management for our company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and brand voice

Manage Concord Pacific's social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community management

Corporate site maintenance and updates

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute internal communication plans, including memos, announcements, and company updates

Monitor and report on social media and communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of our campaigns and inform future strategies

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and communication trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our efforts

Support the development and execution of events, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives as needed

**Qualifications**:
Preferred Bachelor's degree/diploma in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field

2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or communications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of grammar and syntax

Demonstrated experience in creating engaging social media content and managing social media channels

Knowledge of social media analytics and ability to track and report on metrics to measure success

Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
