**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the RMM to establish weekly priorities and areas of focus.
- Act as ambassador for the brand by reaching out to key members of the community.
- Elevate local community relationships to build brand love.
- Execute impactful seedings, activations, and events.
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage team of brand ambassadors.
- Source consumer events that fit brands target demographics.
- Manage event logistics including pre-event, event set-up, event execution and break-down.
- Maintain accuracy of product inventory, accept product deliveries, and manage the storage unit.
- Load and drive vehicle to events, product drops, and sales blitzes.
- Create excitement and positive experience for consumers.
- Deliver timely event and seeding recaps.

**Requirements**:

- Must live in within 25 miles of the designated market area - strong geographic knowledge of the market is a must.
- 1 - 2-year relevant experience in events, promotions, consumer marketing or community marketing.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule depending on the week’s objectives (NOT a traditional M-F, 9-5)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal/written) with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contacts.
- Access to smartphone and computer for reporting.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must excel in multi-tasking within a fast-paced organization.
