As the National Account Executive, I - Sobeys, your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the customer’s businesses including strategic assessment of the business, working closely with our third-party broker sales agency, conducting regular business reviews, managing senior level relationships, and effectively activating and implementing the beverage strategy. We are looking for people that have a passion for building relationships and are results driven and with a sales focus. This role is on the Juice & Dairy business unit, accountable for exciting brands such as Simply, Minute Maid, Fruitopia, Five Alive, Peace Tea, Gold Peak Tea, Nestea, Honest Kids and Fairlife milk.

**What you'll do for us**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sobeys Inc. key decision-makers to drive strategic partnerships and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Partner closely with the broker sales agency to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential.
- Conduct regular business reviews with the customer, showcasing our product portfolio and emphasizing the unique value propositions of our juice and dairy offerings.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement against KPIs.
- Act as a system-wide customer expert to ensure the Coca-Cola system understands customer objectives, strategies, positioning and needs that the Company programs are consistent with their needs.
- Manage contract negotiations and establish profitable long-term agreements with customers.
- Understand finances with a high degree of precision, maintaining a pulse on the business for gaps and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment and execution of account strategies.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your network and raise brand awareness.
- Working with customers and marketing team on executing Shopper Marketing programs

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- 3+ year of sales experience, preferably in CPG/FMCG industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing accounts within the retail sector, specifically with Sobeys or other major retailers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office & Analytical ability skills, experience with Sobeys IRI preferred.

**Job Location**:
100% Remote, 0-25% Travel
