**The Role**
As a Change & Implementation Analyst at the Ministry of Children and Family Development, you'll spearhead the development of change management strategies to drive the successful implementation of operational projects. Your role will significantly impact the delivery of essential services to children, youth, young adults, and families in BC by providing crucial support and resources to both new and existing staff. Joining our newly established team offers a unique opportunity to shape workplace culture, collaborate with diverse professionals, and contribute to meaningful, lasting change within the Ministry. Your efforts will be pivotal in ensuring that our team members are equipped with the tools and support needed to achieve service excellence.
**Qualifications**:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public administration, business administration, social sciences, or a related field, and a minimum of two (2) years of *related experience.
- An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience may be considered.
- Related experience must include all of the following:
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve results, managing and monitoring results and performance.
- Experience developing and writing diverse change management plans and reporting materials.
- Experience leading, planning, coordinating and managing complex work assignments.
- Experience communicating effectively to a variety of audiences using multiple methods.
- Three (3) or more years of *related experience.
- Experience supporting corporate change management planning and operational implementation in a large multidisciplinary client focused organization.
- Completed Project Management Professional Designation or Certified Associate in Project Management.
- Change Management Certification.
