Be part of the Driver Medical Fitness (DMF) Adjudication Leadership Team, where you’ll help guide a supportive and passionate group committed to keeping British Columbia’s roads safe. As a Team Lead, you’ll co-lead a team of adjudicators, collaborate with diverse program areas, and work closely with key partners. Our team is known for its dedication, and impact in working towards achieving the goal of zero traffic fatalities in the province.

**The Role**
In this role, you will lead a team of adjudicators assisting the team to ensure fair and consistent medical fitness decisions for drivers across British Columbia. You’ll plan and strategize to meet operational goals, supervise staff, build comprehensive training plans, and provide technical guidance. This is a chance to be part of a supportive team, collaborate with leadership, and contribute to impactful work that directly enhances road safety for all citizens.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business or public administration, or a field related to the program area and 2 years of related experience; OR
- Diploma in law, business or public administration, or a field related to the program area and 3 years of related experience; OR
- Certificate or coursework in law, business or public administration, or a field related to the program area and 4 years of related experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Related experience includes the following:

- Experience reviewing and evaluating work assigned to adjudicators to monitor performance and ensure accurate, consistent and fair determinations are made.
- Experience in developing, mentoring, or coaching adjudicators involved in complex decision making.

Preference may be given to applicants with:

- Experience in leading teams of adjudicators/decision makers.
- Experience in the training and development of new and existing adjudicative staff.
