Office/service Coordinator

We're currently seeking a skilled and motivated Office & Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. At The Hummingbird Equipment Group, we specialize in heavy equipment Accessories Sales and Service, dedicated to providing top-notch service to our valued customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and assist customers at the service, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Help customers identify their equipment needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Receive and process customer equipment for repairs, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Manage parts ordering and maintain an organized inventory system.
- Coordinate with service technicians for timely repairs and maintenance.
- Generate invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service and parts area.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation industry (asset).
- Knowledge of heavy equipment, parts, and their functionalities.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with invoicing software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
