Job Summary

L& R COURIER SERVICE LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the company's needs.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions
