Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Services Coordinator to join our team at Galaxy Fireplaces Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delegating work to office support staff, assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Train staff on new procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of office support staff to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
