Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prospecting
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain a high level of customer service with all customers
- Create Invoices for Facilities
- Follow up on accounts with potential customers to make the placement
- Navigate the scheduling app
- Track all sales in CRM system and update sales reports as needed.
- Help create a positive culture by following up with all customers, creating a positive relationship with your team members, supervisors, and leadership.

Qualifications:

- College diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2 years of experience in business development with proven sales track record preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare staffing industry
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic business decisions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
