Account Manager, Healthcare

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand market reach.
- Manage and grow client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and staffing solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and effective staffing placements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales roles.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated skills in market analysis, sales strategies, and negotiation techniques.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for account management.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on insights.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in healthcare staffing.
**Compensation**:Base +Commissions + Bonus ($59K - 90K on target earnings)
