We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Business Development Lead. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual with excellent sales and communication skills.
Based in Saskatoon and reporting to the Business Development Director, the Business Development Lead is highly motivated, strong technology understanding and has excellent communication, organizational and management skills. They enjoy working as part of a high performing team and can effectively work in a fast pace environment.

- Implement business development sales activities for the organization.
- Drive new business opportunities playing a key role in generating revenue for the company.
- Responsible for the overall execution and implementation of strategic planning with clients.
- Develop and implement client marketing plans, identify market opportunities and relationship activities.
- Demonstrate North Star Systems value, uncover client needs and lead initiatives with new and existing clients.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback regarding competitive offerings.
- Drive to increase revenue and profit enabling North Star Systems to scale up operations.
- Introduce North Star Systems solutions to new markets.
- Expand opportunities in all business sectors in collaboration with the Business Development Director.
- Work closely with all North Star Systems team members meeting the day to day needs of the business.
- Travel required.

- Maintain confidentiality for clients and North Star Systems
- Help with special projects as required
- Deal with any troubleshooting issues as required
- Continually develop leadership and business skills
- Approve, attend, and contribute to activities when appropriate
- Set, maintain, and live high ethical and moral standards
- Fill in for all roles when needed with appropriate skills and talents
- Contribute to maintaining and tidying up the office
