**Position Overview**:
**What will you do?**
? Meet with entrepreneurs, clients and prospects and discuss with them the specifics of their business and identify a CCDF service offering appropriate to their needs.
? Analyze, negotiate, structure and present high-quality loan proposals while exercising sound judgement.
? Manage and maintain a portfolio of Métis entrepreneurs.
? Be active in your business communities by effectively networking with various associations, financial institutions, government agencies and chambers of commerce to develop business relationships and obtain references that will facilitate new client acquisitions.
? Support business growth through the development and coordination of marketing materials and activities using traditional and social media mediums.
? Provide presentations to entrepreneurs and communities.
? Serve as a representative of the CCDF at conferences, seminars, workshops, committees, and other gatherings. Assisting in brand development while maintaining a consistent brand image.
? Identifying opportunities to improve marketing and communication processes and activities to improve overall efficiency.
? Willingness to travel to communities and visit clients frequently in assigned portfolios.
? Willingness to work in Northern Saskatchewan for 3 days per month.
**What are we looking for?**
? An Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in commerce or business administration.
? Experience in small business or commercial lending would be an asset.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Provide excellent customer service.
? Ability to work independently, while also participating collaboratively as part of a team.
? Ability to prioritize and complete deliverables with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
? Self-starter with strong sense of accountability and initiative and demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
Preference for this position may be given to a Métis applicant.
