Typical day to day in this role. Working closely with the Specialists and Managers on the team to develop sound marketing strategies/presentations, supported by data analytics and reporting

Key Responsibilities:
Data & Market Analytics

Build, monitor, analyze past marketing and sales results/reports/team dashboard, making recommendations to maximize ROI
- Provide visibility into marketing results, measuring tactical effectiveness
- Ensure KPIs are tracked and trending according to plan and where required, recommend corrective actions to achieve targets
- Knowledgeable on all offers, pricing, competitive landscape, programs & campaigns Stay current with industry and marketing trends
- Post mortem development and analysis

Project/Program Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Comfortable with developing strategy decks
- Provide support on projects and execution of marketing initiatives into sales channel
- Partner with business units and sales channels to build marketing plans that drive traffic, brand awareness, operational efficiency
- Partner with XF teams to track, monitor, execute marketing initiatives/projects, ensuring consistency to messaging across all marketing tactics
- Take an active role in finding process improvements to drive increased efficiency in the marketing and channel business units

Required Competencies:

- 2~3 years experiences in progressive marketing & sales positions, channel experience is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft tools specifically MicroStrategy, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau preferred.
- Strong business and marketing acumen and can analyze information and create reports/presentations to solve problems and convey solid recommendations
- Detail oriented collaborator that can work cross-functionally with market insight teams, product, pricing, and channel
- Meet aggressive due dates on project implementation

Other Requirements:

- University degree or College diploma in Marketing or related field
- Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role (Telco is a huge plus)
