**Summary**:
Under the responsibility of a manager, the Club Channel Sales and Marketing Coordinator - Temporary will work in close collaboration with the sales, production and marketing teams to introduce and manage our products in the CLUB channel. He (she) will act as marketing project coordinator and sales support.

**Key activities**:

- Coordinate the development of new products with various internal and external stakeholders: approval and printing of labels, timelines, first production, samples requests, etc;
- Participate to new packaging development with outside design agencies;
- Monitor inventories and participate in weekly calls with production stakeholders and do various follow-ups,
- Adapting marketing presentations in English and French;
- Coordinate demo programs according to the pre-established plan and update monthly tracker,
- Perform weekly and monthly sales analyzes using the IRI database;
- Create purchase orders for invoices and follow up with the appropriate departments;
- Ensure and support communications between the sales team and the marketing team.
- Assist with sales trade administration such as deal entries and deductions,

**Education and experiences**:

- BAC Business Business/ Marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in coordinating projects in the marketing / sales sector
- Bilingual (French and English) oral and written
- Computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel, Power point
- Experience in the food sector (asset)
- Excellent sense of initiative, resourcefulness and high level of autonomy
- Strong ability to work in a team
- Ability to prioritize projects.
