**Position Summary**

Provides administrative support to one or more human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, disability management, training, and/or employee records. Play's a crucial part in facilitating communication between employees and management, addressing HR-related inquiries, and supporting HR initiatives to ensure a positive and compliant work environment

**Location: Multiple locations**

**Schedule: 40 hours Monday to Friday**

**What you will do**
- Short Term Disability Process
- WSIB/Top Up Support
- Processing Leave of Absence's
- Employment related letters (Ex: abolishment letter, job abandonment)
- Client requested reporting
- Answer client group inquiries
- Assist Managers with Level 1 and Level 2 Disciplines

**What You’ll Bring**
- 1-2 years
- College diploma; or trade apprenticeship certification
- Human Resources Management or equivalent
- CHRP/CPHR
