**Key Responsibilities**
- HR Data Management
- Compile, analyze and check data integrity of ongoing HR reports and dashboards
- Provide ongoing HR data management; review the accuracy and completeness of information; clean the data as required
- Monitor HR system requirements; makes recommendations for modifications, changes, upgrades to the system; may work with other department or external suppliers on the development and execution of HR system modifications / upgrades and policies
- Process Improvement
- Focus on continuous improvement and always ask, ‘how can we do this better’?’.
- Identify improvement opportunities in HR processes and bring to the attention of HR Director.
- Partner with the HR team and other departments on implementing improvements
- Develop templates, job aids and other training information as required
- Administration
- Execute ongoing HR programs such as referral payments, onboarding training and exit interviews
- Conduct new hire onboarding
- Other related duties

**Qualifications**
- University degree in Business or related field
- 1 to 2 years of business experience, preferably in Data Analysis
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with PowerBI is an asset
- Detail oriented and mathematically inclined, with strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Ability to analyze and communicate data for business use
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and exercise sound judgment to prioritize activities
