**Job Summary**:
The Purchasing/Warehouse Administrative Assistant works closely with the operational, purchasing, and accounting team. Your role will be to provide financial, accounting, data entry, and clerical professional services in order to ensure effective and efficient accounting functions in the company’s operation.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Process purchase order inventory transfers in a timely manner
- Process purchase invoices in a timely manner
- Review purchase orders for accuracy, correct coding, quantities, and price
- Ensure purchase invoices are matched to approved purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage vendor statements to ensure all invoices are processed, liaise with vendors, ensuring vendor inquiries are resolved on a timely basis, maintaining a good relationship.
- Ensure expense reports are accurately submitted, complete, and duly authorized.
- Validate company credit card purchases by reviewing sufficient supporting documentation (receipts, invoices, etc.)
- Validate company fuel purchases by reviewing fuel bills and investigating discrepancies.
- Assist with the setup of new vendors.
- Maintain filing systems
- Warehouse stock and organize as needed
- Help with inventory counts
- Provide picking info to warehouse receivers
- Recommend potential cost savings initiatives.
- Prepare packages and arrange courier pick ups
- Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well-organized reception area, kitchen and boardrooms.
- Any other duties as required by Management.

**Requirements**:

- Preferred 1-2+ years of accounting administration
- Preferred experience in electrical warehousing or electrical field
- Preferred Sage 300 CRE and/or eSub experience
- Strong Microsoft Office capabilities (especially Excel).
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.
- Effective written, verbal and listening communications skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Very effective organizational skills with ability to manage timelines efficiently to meet deadlines

**Salary**: From $55,764.80 per year
