**Report to**:Commercial Property Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Customer Service**:

- Manage the main corporate phone, professionally answering and redirecting calls appropriately
- Greet visitors at reception and direct them appropriately
- Perform regular programming and troubleshooting duties related to telephone/meeting room /access cards
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing courier packages, correspondence, and documents filings
- Maintain office equipment, order/replenish supplies, places trouble calls
- Purchase kitchen supplies and handles all kitchen duties (coffee, dishwasher, fridge)

**General Admin Support**:

- Create purchase orders, maintain/monitor IMPAK to ensure all work orders are assigned and addressed in a timely manner
- Create and distribute tenant communications (MEMO, Letter, etc.)
- Prepare and issue Rental Notices, tenant welcome packages
- Accurately setup, reconcile, abstract and maintain tenants’ lease
- Provide quality control for documentation setup, contract management, and maintain and update tenant lists / files and other files as necessary
- Accountable for posting and collecting monthly rents, service charges, arrears
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Supervisor, Property Manager, and the whole ProCura team as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Attention to detail is a must
- Post-secondary education in business, accounting or finance is an asset
- Passionate, self-motivated, professional, and flexible; able to work both independently and as part of a team

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Compensation**: competitive salary, plus comprehensive benefit packages

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
