Reporting to the Quality Lead, the Quality/Completions Administrator will work directly with the execution team and supervision to ensure that work completed by Bird Construction meets all company and client specifications.

This position is based in Toronto

What you’ll be working on:

- Preparation of quality and completion reports, monitoring and maintaining documentation for the quality management team.
- Ensure that all quality and completion records associated with the management system are kept organized and filed in the construction quality record system.
- Ensure progression compilation on completed works is recorded in reporting system
- Ensure that all non-comforting product, activity or procedure is recorded in the non-conformance reporting system
- Track status of all inspections and tests to ensure that all non-comforting product, activity or procedure is recorded in the non-conformance reporting system
- Follow up with project team on overdue observations and actions
- Perform and assist with a variety of administrative duties as required
- Understand and adhere to Bird’s safety management system, policies, procedures and values.

What we are looking for:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an administrator, construction industry experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proven decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
- Problem solving abilities, contribution to new quality initiatives, striving for continuous improvements and accurate record keeping will be key to your success in this role.
