About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Graduate Program Completion Specialist to join our team at the University of Toronto.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to graduate students, faculty, and staff by ensuring timely and accurate completion of program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply university policies and procedures related to graduate program completion
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for program completion administration
  • Provide job-related training and serve as a resource to others
  • Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate space and resource requirements
  • Support exam activities and related processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or an acceptable combination of equivalent experience
  • Two (2) years of recent and related experience in a university setting
  • Good working knowledge of the University's Student Information (ROSI) system
  • Computer and internet proficiency, including expert knowledge of Excel, Sharepoint and other MS Office Suite or similar
  • Ability to interpret and apply guidelines and policies to a variety of situations
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $66,715 - $85,319, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health and dental coverage, a pension plan, and generous vacation time.
