**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Admissions Coordinator is the primary contact for families and students interested in
enrolment opportunities at Linden Christian School. The Admissions Coordinator is also the
admissions related data and meeting with prospective families and students.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Admissions Application Management
- Plans, organizes, manages, and implements the School’s admissions process.
- Maintains and tracks admissions flow, re-enrolment, and withdrawals.

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- graduate of recognized related post-secondary certificate, diploma, or degree
- five or more years of related work experience;
- well-developed customer service orientation;
- able to meet multiple demands and deadlines;
- strong interpersonal and analytical skills;
- able to work alone or as a member of a team;
- able to think logically, follow rules and organized methods;
- excellent communicator able to articulate detailed information to various audiences
- verbally and in writing;
- proficiency in a variety of technical areas, including Microsoft Office and Google
- Documents;
- ability to compose letters, documents, reports and publications with a high degree of
- ability to deal with difficult and sensitive situations with tact, diplomacy, and grace;
- understanding of and adherence to confidentiality and privacy issues.

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:

- a sincere love for Jesus Christ evidenced by lifestyle, including regular

attendance at weekly church services;
- willingness to sign and adhere to the LCS Statement of Faith and Lifestyle

- participation in corporate and individual prayer, school chapels and worship

services, along with a deep understanding of the commitment to serve in a
Christian environment;
- provision of a Criminal Record Check from the Winnipeg Police Services or

RCMP which affirms that the Vulnerable Sector Screening is clear;
- provision of evidence of clearance from the Child Abuse Registry Check;
- enthusiastic support of the Mission, Vision and Core Values of Linden Christian

School.
