**Yacht Care Systems is seeking an extremely organized Scheduling Coordinator who can manage and optimize a team of Yacht Service Technician’s schedules. This is an onsite position located at Lions Gate Marina in North Vancouver in an industrial working environment.**

**Responsibilities**:
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling work for a team of Yacht Service Technicians, ordering parts, providing service estimates, assisting with customer inquiries and performs general administrative tasks.
- Scheduling
- Schedule Yacht Service Technicians and 3rd party contractors to conduct required repairs and/or service on customer vessels while ensuring the technicians have the required information to complete the repair and/or service accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and maintain customer service records to check for regularly scheduled servicing and future preventative maintenance tasks
- Parts procurement
- Source, purchase, track and receive parts and/or equipment required for technicians to complete their scheduled work
- Customer service
- Provide customers with first class customer service** **and customer satisfaction by initiating service/repair communication and responding to customer inquiries
- Take a proactive approach in ensuring strong customer satisfaction through the successful management of products and service delivery
- Provide status updates to customers, technicians and managers regarding service/repair costs and parts procurement, as required
- Prepare cost estimates including sourcing/logging needed parts and labour
- Release repaired equipment to customers with an explanation of the work performed and costs associated to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage the onboarding of customers through the service process
- Input customer updates in CRM
- General administrative duties
- Assist in organizing and maintaining various administrative documents
- Collaborate with HR and management to verify the accuracy of timesheets and attendance records
