We currently have an opportunity open for a **Project Administrator**. This is a temporary position to cover a nine month leave of absence.

**You as a Project Administrator**:

- Support Project Managers with project financials including expenses, invoicing, and client updates
- Communicate with Accounting and Project Management teams regarding project billings and cost discrepancies
- Coordinate with Project Management team on project close-out to confirm completion of work and billings to ensure there are no outstanding items
- Prepare and maintain all project files
- Provide phone support, maintain contacts and build relationships with clients and subtrades
- Assist clients and subtrades with uploading invoices into Project Management software
- Order and distribute all construction drawings
- Provide overall administrative support to the Accounting and Project Management team

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of administrative, accounting or related combination of experience and training is preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Experience with Procore software is considered an asset but not mandatory
